We're also growing every day, so it's an exciting time to join us.As an Inventory Control Lead, you'll be responsible for all aspects of inventory management in an online liquor warehouse. Your focus is to lead inventory management initiatives that achieve key online and commercial targets and enabling high product availability, stock accuracy, growth, and successful fulfilment of online customers orders.You'll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community through our online distribution network. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail, e-commerce and/or warehousing leadership experience to the next level.About you and your skills

• Proven operations/logistics/warehousing/inventory management experience
• Experience within the day-to-day operations of a large format retail, e-commerce/online or warehousing site.
• Online Fulfilment skills or expertise are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams with the ability to coach team members while supporting financial and service KPIs
• Take a team approach to meeting sales targets cost control and online performance metrics
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, manage and influence stakeholders effectively
• To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
• Be apart of a one team culture that recognises and celebrates success
• A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
• You may be required to undergo a Police Check if successful in the recruitment process, a cost that you'll be responsible for upfront but will be reimbursed upon successful placement.
