About the RoleJoin us and be part of a team that's shaping the future of logistics with innovation and dedication.As Inventory Controller you will be responsible for monitoring, improving, and maintaining inventory and pallet operations performance in alignment with our business objectives.You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to optimise inventory management practices, uphold inventory accuracy, and minimize pallet losses.As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our warehouses operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the success of our business strategy.What You Will DoMaintain accurate reports on stock on hand, warehouse capacity, aged inventory, and adjustments.Plan and oversee stock take and cycle counts, ensuring compliance with audit standards.Communicate regularly with 3PL providers and warehouses to ensure requirements are met and escalate any concerns.Proactively identify risks or issues across the logistics and distribution network and work with stakeholders to find solutions.Report on inventory activities, variances, and pallet accuracy.Develop and implement inventory control processes and SOPs.Conduct audits, analyse results, and recommend process improvements.Manage inventory adjustments and pallet reconciliations.Provide ad hoc operational reporting support as required.Who You AreThis is a fantastic opportunity to take on a significant level of responsibility and truly make an impact. You'll play a key role in our major supply chain transformation, including the exciting challenge of relocating a Distribution Center (DCs) and shaping end-to-end processes.
