About the role
The Export Supply Controller's primary functions are to provide regular, accurate projected supply availability timing to fulfil customer orders (per agreed prioritisation process), and to assist in co-ordinating stock commitment to those orders. The role will work closely with the Export Customer Service teams, and ANZ Supply Planning team to ensure that availability projections are accurate and optimal.
  • Generate the replenishment plan from production warehouses through the export consolidation centre
  • Highlight to Export Customer Service any supply issues relating to planned shipments
  • Liaise with Export Customer Service to understand & evaluate approved rush orders (and their impact to supply availability)
  • Manage with the team finished goods inventory holding and accuracy in the 3PL controlled sites
  • Assist in the decision and action whether to expedite export orders & defer others
  • As required, assist with the Book to Book (B2B) processes between JDE and 3rd Party systems
  • Participate in continuous improvement for inventory processes with 3rd parties
About you
You will be an enthusiastic team player with a natural flair and love of numbers and data. Ideally, you will also possess:
  • An understanding of supply chain and the supply planning function
  • Advanced level in MS Excel with experience with V-lookups, pivot tables and exporting data
  • Analytically minded with strong accuracy and a high attention to detail
  • Customer focused with an ability to present information to teams
  • A high level of initiative
  • A tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain (or similar business degree)
