You'll contribute to store operations by driving effective inventory processes that will provide a great shopping experience for our customers.About you and your skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct/indirect leadership experience as you'll be leading, coaching and developing team members to meet sales targets, cost control and inventory requirements
- Ability to keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- Be well organised with excellent time management skills
- Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
