Maurice J Kerrigan & Associates assists suitable applicants to learn industry standards, client guidelines and provide the knowledge to conduct a variety of Investigation types. This training is conducted with a view to engage you as an Investigator and offer you the knowledge to succeed as an Investigator.
Experienced Investigators already working in the Insurance Investigation industry should apply. Competitive rates are negotiable.
As a Circumstance Investigator, you will learn how to structure statements and reports; perform face to face and remote interviews; liaise and communicate effectively with witnesses and our team and manage your allocated files via our easy to use online management platform.

Work Life balance is also essential. You will have blended work from home and travelling to locations to conduct enquiries, which is essential in this role.

The positions available are limited to those who already possess a current Victorian Security Licence with the activity of ‘Investigator’.
Applicants that this training may suit include but not limited to:

The Investigation types that will be initially covered include:
- Compulsory Third Party (CTP – physical injury)
- Workers Compensation
- General Insurance
Applicants identified as suitable will progress for training, assessment and allocation of Investigation files.
Successful applicants will need to meet the following minimum requirements:-
- Hold a current VIC Security License (Essential) as an Investigator
- Possess equipment including motor vehicle, laptop computer, printer, digital camera
- Have excellent grammar and report writing skills
- Display appropriate file/time management and computer skills
- Be willing to undergo further ongoing training.
Persons who do not hold an Investigators licence will not be considered.
