As a Product Designer, you’ll innovate and drive our approach to delivering exceptional customer/user experiences – any channel, any device, any time. In a portfolio defining opportunity, we’re looking for a creative mind that’s passionate about continuous improvement, design inspiration and quality engagement!
We're flexible with where this role is located but would prefer Maroochydore, Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne based candidates. The role will require intermittent travel nationally to foster relationships and cement yourself as an operational and strategic partner.
As a Product Designer you will:
Conduct research and analysis to understand user behaviour and preferences.
Develop wireframes, prototypes and visual designs to share design and interaction opportunities.
Design user-centric workflows that drive efficiency, continuous improvement and productivity.
Identify new opportunities for design solutions that improve our digital experience to maximise customer engagement and usability across a range of devices.
Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and gather feedback.
Stay connected with the latest UX/UI trends, best practice and technology solutions.
Collaborate across the Business to identify and evaluate user problems and business needs to define requirements.
Lead multiple projects across the product lifecycle, from discovery to implementation.
Create and maintain design systems for our products, and ensure a consistent and coherent customer experience across all touchpoints.
What will you bring to the role?
Mid-level (circa 5+ years’) experience in a UI or UX design role or similar
Knowledge and experience in Human Centred Design / Design Thinking methodologies
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop or similar
Experience in design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
Strong ability to problem solve and deliver solution based outcomes
Effectively and efficiently work autonomously and in a team
