AddressIn order to support continued growth, our client is seeking to grow out the Capital Management team with an Analyst working across existing and propestive wholesale and institutional investors.
The platform is well known as an established fund manager achieving strong risk-adjusted returns across both debt and equity real estate investments.
The successful candidate will be comfortable providing both written and verbal responses to requests from clients investing in the funds. Among many other responsibilities, they will be supporting new fund raising campaigns, providing relevant onboarding assistance and coordinating bulk investor communications moving forward.
The role will suit an organised personality passionate about real estate and looking to grow within funds management. The successful candidate will possess an undergraduate degree within business (or a relevant field), 2-4 years experience within investment management / Investor Relations with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
