About the role - Invoicing Administration
The position is primarily responsible for administering the Invoicing Process including:
- Coordinating the review, amendment and approval of PTIR batches and ensuring batches are processed in accordance with the timetable
- Conducting additional reasonable checks after the PTIR batch is approved by the Business Manager and Service Delivery Coordinator and prior to submission to the Commercial Manager for approval
- Administering the batch exception process including preparation and processing of all credit re-invoices and credit notes and ensuring all exceptions are processed in accordance with the PTIR batch timetable
- Processing batches and invoices to comply with each client's invoicing requirements and supplying additional reporting as needed including submission on client's website where it is impracticable for National Invoicing Department to do so.
- Preparing and coordinating the approval and submission to National Invoicing Department of all manual invoices (including non-labour, vehicle, flights, security alarms, patrols and Southern Cross Protection) and credit notes (including underservicing and fee corrections) in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the timetable.
- Coordinating timely setup of new clients with National Invoicing Department
General Administration
- Performing other adhoc duties as requested by the Commercial Manager from time to time
- Assisting the Commercial Manager with end of month reporting
- Providing reasonable backup for the other members of the Finance and
- Administration Team (ie annual and sick leave support)
- Any additional duties as requested by Management
