Are you a meticulous individual with a passion for numbers and a knack for detail? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as an Invoicing Clerk / Dry Hire Administrator.
Your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Administrating Dry Hire works, including tracking on/off hire dates, recharges and maintaining an accurate register through to monthly invoicing
- Invoicing high volume operational jobs to produce accurate and refined invoices
- Reconciling and building invoices on complex project work
- Collaborating with team members to track job progress in pursuit of quality invoice creation
- Proforma delivery to Management team to the highest of standards
- Receipting purchases and recharging
- Provide general support to finance team
- Providing support for debt/payment collection

- Exercising meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, from data entry to financial analysis
- Identifying errors or inconsistencies and taking proactive measures to address them
- Upholding the highest standards of accuracy and precision in every aspect of your work
- Ability to refrain from personal mobile phone use throughout the day, outside of work breaks and show a strong ability to stay task-focused and be outcome driven
