AddressSouth Brisbane Day Hospital has a fantastic opportunity for a professional and motivated Hospital Engagement Officer to join our hospital. An exciting opportunity to develop new skills and work in a great team environment.
The main functions of the role will be to support the Hospital Manager and Executive Team with the onboarding, engagement, compliance and reporting for the Hospital.
As a Hospital Engagement Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming VMO's to the Hospital
- Preparation of documentation for VMO's and their rooms relating to the Hospital
- Ensuring compliance with requirements for Surgeons and Staff Members working at the facility
- Assisting with data entry for external agencies
- Actively involved in the quality improvement processes for the Hospital
- Checking accuracy of records
- Assisting with welcoming new staff members to the team
- Preparation of documents for our Medical Advisory Committee
- Updating theatre rosters
- Assisting with compliance reporting and updating documents in our software package
- Undertaking minute taking for Committee Meetings
- General Administration duties
- Providing assistance to the Hospital Manager for reports and policies.
- Training will be provided.
