Ip Lawyer (2+ Years Pqe)

• Salary Commensurate With Experience

• Intellectual Property (2+ Years PQE)

Conditions for Success:

• Minimum 2 Years PQE in both advisory and contentious IP matters including IP protection, exploitation and enforcement
• Excellent communication skills - Confident approach and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in technology transactions is desirable
• Attention to detail - expert analysis of legal matters, research & drafting skills.
• Experience in Business Development & readily ability to manage client/stakeholder expectations
• Motivated to provide excellent client service
• Adept commercial acumen and disposition - proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach
• Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
• Able to work collaboratively with IP litigators and patent/TM attorneys.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored advice to clients regarding IP issues, and data & privacy matters
• Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
• Draft relevant legal documents for cases including technology contracts for software development/licensing and end-user license agreements
• Drafting and reviewing website terms of services and privacy policies
• Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
• Take on a leadership role through mentoring and guiding junior colleagues
• Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
