Based in Helensvale and reporting to the Project People and Culture Manager, our Coomera Connector project is seeking an Industrial Relations (IR) Advisor, to support ER/IR on the project, all aspects of Right of Entry, access documentation and reporting. You will be required to provide practical best practise advise for the project.
To be successful, you will need to be hands on and have experience with dealing with wide range of ER/IR within similar project environments. You will have an innate ability to communicate on all levels, in a way which is clear and concise, and a proven track record.
