Join our team as a Customer Contact Officr and become the voice of Leaptel. This is a great way to make your start in telco, or reboot your passion at a career at a company that is focused on delivering high quality service to our customers and making an impact on telco.
Stationed at our brand new Camberwell office, you'll be the bridge between our valuable customers and us, handling inbound inquiries about sales, billing, and support. Occasionally, you'll also make outbound calls to finalize new services or address any problems with our customers' internet connections.
Worried about experience? Don't be. This entry-level role doesn't demand any prior experience in telecommunications. Just bring your passion, and we'll take care of the training.
Please note: This position requires your physical presence at our Camberwell office and does not offer a WFH/hybrid option.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm.
