Part Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and engineers to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of its users.
- Collaborate with the UX/Product Designer to translate user and business demands into actionable platform vision and strategy.
- Design components of the DX platform to organically evolve with customer needs and pains, working with Product Owner to communication the vision and strategy for the squad.
- Drive the reduction of onboarding time for developers and engineering teams by streamlining processes and leveraging automation.
- Develop strategies for a streamlined build and deployment process, enhancing efficiency and collaboration.
- Promote the reuse of existing patterns and solutions to reduce development effort and operational burden for business teams.
- Contribute to reducing costs and time to market by optimizing platform capabilities and processes.
- Engage in continuous learning and research to stay ahead of new technologies and practices that can benefit the platform and the organization.
- Influence peers and management through strong communication skills, translating complex technical needs into clear business objectives.
You would also have: -
- Proven expertise in architecting and managing internal developer platforms, container orchestration, or similar technologies.
- Deep understanding of modern software development practices and technologies, such as CI/CD, containerization, cloud services, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, designing scalable and efficient platform solutions.
- Analytical capability for assessing platform performance and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in promoting collaboration and knowledge exchange across diverse teams.
- Ability to influence decision-making at all organizational levels, from peers to senior management.
