They are dedicated to leveraging technology and human ingenuity to create value and shared success for clients worldwide.The Role: We are seeking a proficient ITIL IT Asset Management Specialist to oversee the lifecycle of IT assets within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices, particularly in the realm of Asset Management. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement IT Asset Management policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with ITIL standards.
• Establish and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and peripherals.
• Track the lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to organizational guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to validate asset data accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize asset procurement processes, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective asset acquisition.
• Monitor asset utilization and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.

RequirementsRequirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
• Several years experience in IT Asset Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in IT Asset Management tools and ServiceNow software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI tool.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software asset lifecycles, licensing models, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Certifications such as Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) are advantageous.
