Salary range $109,612 – $127,070 plus super

About You:

You have a creative approach to using data to tell a story to support and influence business outcomes. This combined with curiosity and willingness to lean into business problems and ask deeper questions will be key to your success. Your experience will include;

• Experience in an IT Service Delivery or Customer engagement role.
• Tertiary qualifications in a Business-related qualification or equivalent experience.
• Broad experience in various areas of IT would be advantageous.

About the role:

Supporting the Business Partners with key strategic relationships within Hydro and stakeholder engagement. Assist in the development of business requirements and stakeholder reporting. Work in a team to assist in the implementation of service improvement initiatives while also providing support to the Commercial Relationship team.
