Your new role
You will develop and execute procurement strategies to improve the quality of services across this category, negotiate value for money, develop metrics to manage vendor performance and continue to identify external trends to ensure the organisations goals and targets are achieved.
In addition, you will have a desire and ability to review systems and processes, bringing them to a level of best practice. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications, strong analytical skills and a commercial focus.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate experience providing strategic IT procurement advice, have good interpersonal and negotiation skills and are able to represent the organisation in a wide range of forums, possess high level contract management skills with the ability to apply your intelligence to solving real problems and have a strong delivery focus.
