About the Roles:
Executing a device replacement and rollout of new devices for the NSW area. This role will require you to drive to sites and perform the device replacement.
Technical Skills / Qualifications:
- Exposure to IT rollouts and the ability to travel onsite during those projects to provide hands-on technical support;
- Experience with managing Windows-based PC environment and associated support capability;
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Cloud Technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure); and
- Good knowledge and experience of all network aspects (WAN, Internet, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP).
Experience / Requirements:
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Customer service and excellent communication skills;
- Experience in ITIL and other best practice IT management methodologies;
- Broad experience in supporting Windows-based environment;
- Proven ability to be able to work autonomously on assigned tasks, proactive outlook, and great customer service attitude;
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors on project-based migration work; and
- A Valid Driver's Licence with the ability to travel (possible overnight stay).
