About The Position:

This role is ideally suited to an individual with a unique blend of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills. This role involves overseeing the IT support team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues faced by end-users. Key responsibilities include managing the helpdesk staff, improving support processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and resolve complex technical faults.
• Lead and manage our team of helpdesk technicians.
• Manage the workflow and prioritisation of support tickets.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet service level targets.
• Resolve escalated support tickets.
• Pre-installation run up.
• Leading and Assisting with Project work.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Update our internal Knowledge base.

This rewarding position will be based in our modern Wollongong CBD office, however our area of service covers the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands and into Sydney.
