About the role:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Helpdesk Technician who possesses exceptional problem-solving abilities. This role is a perfect blend of technical expertise and customer service skills, requiring effective communication with a diverse range of business customers via phone and email.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and assistance to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting IT issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service by delivering solutions and guidance in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions in our ticketing system.
  • Assisting in the improvement and development of internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & experience:

While previous IT or customer service experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. We value individuals who possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for problem-solving. If you have the drive to learn and adapt quickly, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Willingness to participate in an on-call after-hours roster system to provide support when necessary.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Ability to pass a Police Clearance and Working With Children check, if required.
  • Willingness to provide COVID-19 vaccination history, if required.
