This opportunity is to join the IT team to lead the team and implement significant changes within technology solutions and the operating environment.�Seeking someone exceptional in the market for this role focusing on system implementation and modernization; not only a seasoned and high performing IT Manager with a keen interest in technology and innovation, but someone with an appetite to be involved in technology change management, leadership of others, and with continuous improvement at the heart of everything they do.� �
The role reports directly to the CFO and has responsibility for a small team that will have a big impact in shaping transformation and uplifting future service and support outcomes.�
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership and responsibility for the management oversight, maintenance and development of all company enterprise systems, processes, and technology infrastructure.
- Play a critical role over the next eighteen months in the selection, design, and configuration of a new ERP system and in state-of-the-art production automation equipment.�
- Effectively manage the provision of all IT infrastructure including software and hardware components of networks across each state and associated servers.
- Provide support to all business users in the use and development of all business reporting tools. This includes providing ongoing support of business reporting systems to ensure that reports are delivered accurately and on time.
- Shape the IT strategic plan including Governance and Compliance, Information and Data management, Application architecture, Infrastructure Platform and IT support operations.
- Drive the IT strategic vision, working collaboratively with Executive Leadership Team members, to assist the organisation to meet its business objectives.
- Drive the adoption of industry leading practices, technologies, and tools to optimize IT operations, increase efficiency, and improve overall company performance.
- Manage IT budget, including hardware, software and services aligning expenditure with company goals and priorities.
- Several years' experience in IT management and understand what a good ERP rollout looks like; you lean into change for good, even if it is challenging, and not shy away from it.
- A great people leader; you spend time getting to know others and have a respect for the skills and experiences around you that contribute to common goals.
- Take ownership of your work and problem solving comes naturally to you; you can offer solutions and you back yourself and your team to deliver them while communicating effectively with stakeholders and the workforce.
- Have had experience or exposure to supporting a complex multi-site service or manufacturing business and the technology infrastructure required to support it.
