The role:
In this rewarding role as an IT Operation Analyst, you will work autonomously as well as being part of a small team to support the IT needs of the business. Our business is undergoing a significant business transformation and this role will be critical in providing support on IT implementation and troubleshooting. In addition to your project work, you will be responsible for responding to tickets, setting up new hire computers, mobile phone/tablet support and many other ad hoc projects and tasks.
You will use remote tools, and will be integral in updating the knowledge database. This role will work from different locations at times so you will need to be able to drive to other locations at times.

If you have:
- 2+ years in IT support
- Excellent time management skills
- An ability to work autonomously
- Great communication skills
- Ability to travel to locations in Sydney metro area
