About your team:
The Business Solution and Technology (BS&T) Division provide technology and solutions across business analysis, architecture and integration, software development, software provision and support, data provisioning and reporting, telephony and networks, technical support, infrastructure and cyber security.
Your contribution:
As the IT Operations Support Officer, you will work in a fast-paced and time critical deadlines, effectively managing work priorities across competing priorities will be complemented by your capability to collaborate and positively engage with stakeholders. The position provides high level administrative support and act as a co-ordination point for the IT Operations team within BS&T and Director IT Operations.
Skills you need to be successful in this role:
Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholder to ensure positive outcomes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Organisational and analytical skills, including the ability to establish and improve administrative processes to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage competing requirements.
Identify problems or issues and resolve based on sound judgement, expertise and knowledge.
