The successful candidate is a high-energy, proactive self-starter with a passion for delivery high quality, white glove, executive experiences.
You like to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate thinks strategically, acts tactically, and possesses a strong ability to conceptualize, develop, drive, coordinate and manage a wide range of communications. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of our Sydney Innovation center and will join an experienced team of briefing managers that support customer relationship and pipeline generation / closure through strategic executive briefings in our centers.
Plan, develop and manage tailored strategic briefings that result in increased customer confidence, accelerate deal closure, and generate strong executive engagement.
Develop processes, procedures and guidelines to manage the day-to-day operations of the Center.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide strategic consultation to develop briefing engagements
Be data driven – capture data insights to ensure we are delivering excellence in the Centre
Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, Marketing Strategy and Operations online and offline content that supports the EBC’s objectives.
Manage meeting logistics and A/V requirements, being available for onsite customer and speaker management.
Scale best-practices from the other global executive briefing centres and integrate them into the APJ EBC process.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in similar or relevant role.
Capability to work in an environment with a high degree of shared responsibility between and across team members.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and calmly handle high pressure situations.
Ability to work well across organizational boundaries.
Applied sense of urgency and ability to achieve results.
BA or BS, Marketing | Business |Other, or, Sales/ Marketing Consultant with event experience.
Commitment to meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, developing a network of experts and executives to support briefings.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Focus on highly professional interactions within the team and our supporters, self-accountable for interactions with others.
General ServiceNow product knowledge a plus.
Strong computer skills. Familiar with Word, Outlook and Excel .and other digital applications
