It Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work "hands on" through the end-end project lifecycle deliverables including Concept, Feasibility, Design & Planning, Build/Implementation, testing, Change and Finalisation
• Developing business cases 
•  
• Manage the planning and delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement project management plans to ensure the success of projects.
• Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met.
• Manage teams to ensure program business objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
• Manage vendors on certain projects
• Monitor progress of the projects including risks, issues, dependencies and benefits.
• Complete mandatory project documentation and fulfil record and reporting requirements for the projects.

• Minimum of 8 years project management experience
• Experience in Agile delivery frameworks
• Experience leading and managing the delivery of projects - focusing on business transformation and applications technology
• Track record of ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget, with the project scope controlled
• Strong vendor management experience (outsourced services and IT service providers)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Information technology, Business, Engineering or Science
• Advanced verbal communication, documentation and presentation skills
• Commercial acumen demonstrated through delivery of value based solutions
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of the SDLC with good understanding of application development, system integration and design as well as business analysis methodologies.
• Experience in taking ownership and mobilising a collaborative team to work within an agile, fast paced environment.
