It Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Security Operations Manager to join our team here at I-MED Radiology. As a pivotal leadership role, you will oversee a small yet crucial team responsible for maintaining the security, reliability, and high-quality standards of our IT infrastructure.

Job Purpose:

As the IT Security Operations Manager, you will lead the charge in providing secure, reliable, and high-quality IT infrastructure, policies, procedures, and services to I-MED. Your responsibilities will include technical Security focused architecture, maintenance, operations, supplier management, and team leadership. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues and ensure the availability and flexibility of essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage I-MED's security architecture to support strategic business direction and mitigate security risks.
• Develop and enforce security policies to protect sensitive health data.
• Proactively manage operational processes, systems, and standards and drive the development and implementation of performance management systems.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a collegiate approach to mitigation strategies and issues management. Ensure companywide training strategies are deployed
• Provide leadership and development to team members (direct and indirect reports), promoting collaboration and teamwork to support I-MEDs security architecture

Requirements:

You are an expert in leading the security infrastructure strategy for a complex organisation and be up to date in the latest developments in cybersecurity. With ITIL or equivalent accreditation and in-depth financial and business acumen enabling you to work with all levels of our business, including our executive team.
