If you're ready to make an impact and drive change, apply now and become a part of Toll Technology!A Day in the Life of a SIAM Governance Specialist at Toll Group:Lead the design and validation of performance measures reporting, ensuring accuracy and driving insights that shape our strategic direction.Take ownership of tracking Toll service metrics, spearheading continuous improvement efforts that elevate our standards of excellence.Collaborate closely with Value Stream Leads to enhance visibility into performance tracking for both IT and Toll Business Units, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.Forge dynamic partnerships with Service Partners to enable comprehensive governance reporting, empowering our teams to make data-driven decisions at every level.Foster collaborative and productive relationships with Service Providers, leveraging their expertise to enhance service delivery and drive innovation.Utilize cutting-edge tools and techniques to extract and analyze data, providing actionable insights and recommendations that propel our organization forward.What You’ll Need to Succeed:Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and build relationshipsDemonstrated experience within a similar role.Data-driven approach with an analytical mindsetStrong initiative, motivation, and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently under strict deadlinesWhat moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
