The opportunity
We now have this fantastic opportunity available to be a part of a vibrant and supportive team! You will provide IT Level 1 support via phone, MS Teams & email, walk-ins, Service Now tickets and, assist with automated and manual patching activities. Your troubleshooting skills and knowledge of common software and hardware will be key to resolving issues efficiently, while your commitment to delivering amazing customer service will ensure both technical and non-technical users have a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- 1st and 2nd level support - troubleshooting of all IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops, PCs, Printers and Smartphones
- Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house
- Participate in a 24/7 after-hours roster
- Maintain the GWW desktop environment, including deploying all new desktop hardware and applications
- Audit and inventory all GWW assets and maintain asset register
- Ensure ServiceNow tickets are updated timely with adequate investigation and request fulfillment details
Skills & Experience
- Experience within IT Service Desk in an ITIL environment
- Familiarity in performing user and group administration tasks in an Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange
- Confidence using an ITSM (IT Service Management) and asset management system - ServiceNow experience highly regarded
- Understanding of Cisco Telephony, Zoom, Multi Factor Authentication would be beneficial
