AddressWe are seeking highly experienced network technicians with excellent communication and problem solving skills to provide Technical Support to staff and students in Victorian Government Primary & Secondary schools as part of the Technical Support to Schools (TSSP) program.
Our company has been provisioning Technical Support to Schools for over 20 years and is in an exciting growth phase. There is currently a number full and part time positions available throughout Metropolitan and Regional Victoria and the successful applicant(s) will be assigned to a nominated school on an ongoing basis to develop, maintain and enrich their IT requirements.
Our ideal candidates will already have proven experience within the education or enterprise sector with the following skills:
- Ability to manage and service Windows and Apple systems and peripheral devices in volume
- Maintaining Active Directory
- Implementation and support of physical, virtual and wireless environments
- Extensive experience in SOE and image creation & deployment, preferably with SCCM
- Experience with deployment & management of 1:1 and BYOD devices
- Service desk support and incident management a plus
- Cisco and HP network technologies highly regarded
- Able to plan and run professional development sessions and work collaboratively with the schools’ stakeholder ICT management when required
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, language and technical documentation skills are essential
- Ability to manage, time, priorities and resources effectively in a dynamic work place
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A current drivers license, reliable transport and WWCC are essential
