You will be responsible for providing outstanding Customer Support, assisting clients in optimizing the use of our software, and solving customer issues with creativity and innovation. You will work closely with our clients, building strong relationships.
To excel in this role, you will need to have IT Customer Support experience. Ideally, you will be familiar with SQL and Atlassian tools (such as JIRA). In addition to technical skills, we also value excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal), and a commitment to continuous self-improvement. Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry would be very advantageous.
