We are seeking hospitality guns that are moving to the next phase of their career, working with technology. Are you the first to fix the till? The Role:
We are looking for an energetic, driven and tech savvy hospitality individual who is ready to step into a new role. Implementing POS, Inventory, Loyalty, Self-Ordering technologies into Iconic hospitality establishments, you will be touching every aspect of their operations and will require a solid understanding of hospitality businesses. You will be exposed to:
- Project Management: Gathering requirements and translating them to actionable jobs
- System Design: customising the POS solution to deliver maximum operational benefits.
- Installation: translating design to reality in setting up POS and Back-office hardware
- Relationship Management: capturing the excitement of the sale and maintaining this customer.
- Customer Training: delivering on value, setting customers up for success.
What we’re looking for:
The right candidate will become a total-product-expert which opens up a stream of career opportunities in Account Management, Sales, Product Management and more. To get started in this role we are looking for:
- Demonstrated hospitality experience, preferably as venue or duty manager.
- Knowledge/experience with Bepoz, H&L, Swiftpos or another POS platform will be advantageous.
- A passion for delivering first class customer service.
- The ability to work in Australia, without restriction.
- A current Australian Driver’s License is required.
- A degree or diploma in a technical or business systems will be highly regarded.
