About the Opportunity
In the exciting, newly created role, you will provide first and second level IS/IT support to all users in Etex Australia.  You will also log and manage user call queues and communicate effectively status of user calls. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first level and second level IT support to all networked users
• Maintain IT call queues in a Global Service Desk application
• Provide a reliable and stable standard operating environment (SOE) on notebooks and desktops
• Ensure all IT Helpdesk documentation is current and available
• Ensure software installed is approved and licensed
• Conduct user training, where required
• Provide first level support for OT environment in plant
• Participate in TS Projects  

About You

• Min 2 years in IT Helpdesk role
• Experience with troubleshooting IT issues in a Microsoft environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and customer focused
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Happy to travel to other sites across Perth as required
