About the role
As the IT Support Analyst, the primary focus of your position is to provide a single point of contact and high-quality customer service, communication and support for queries, incidents and service requests across a range of IT and business services provided by the division.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in a similar position undertaking IT Service Delivery
- Well‐developed level of written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in or demonstrated ability to quickly learn service desk system and ITIL Service Management processes.
- Experience in a quality focused ITIL environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, be self-motivated, be a self-learner, analytical, and proactive
- Tertiary IT or related qualification would be desirable.
