Moveware is a full ERP application with financials and mobile applications for relocation companies. Established in 2001, we have grown to be the market leader of our industry globally, with clients in over 40 countries and offices based in Melbourne, London, Toronto, and Bangkok.
Based at our headquarters in Melbourne’s inner southeast, you will be working with a small team servicing our Asia Pacific Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring Help Desk requests are attended to and resolved within business SLAs.
- Review and resolve support requests as allocated.
- Assist clients with the correct usage of our ERP.
- Install and Configure Moveware and related products on new and existing client sites.
- Develop and modify Moveware software and reports as required.
- Serve as an advocate for your customers in driving the improvement and evolution of our products and services and building strong customer relationships.
- Communicating with stakeholders involved in client projects.
- Assist clients with infrastructure issues relating to the operation of Moveware and key programs.
- Assist with upgrades to client software as required.
- Some after-hours support may be required.
- Highly developed customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to deal responsively, consistently, patiently, and politely with service requests.
- 1-2 years prior experience in a Support Analyst role.
- Previous experience supporting an ERP system would be high regarded.
- Demonstrated knowledge in an ICT support or technical environment with desktop computer, mobile devices, and Windows server support.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and cooperatively with other colleges to achieve team goals, and the ability to set work priorities, meet deadlines.
- An aptitude for diagnosing system bugs and working with our development team to resolve them.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server, AD, Exchange/O365, SharePoint, TCP/IP, Networking, and firewall concepts.
