It Support Analyst

As an IT Support Analyst, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, making sure our retail operations run smoothly with a touch of technological magic. From helping colleagues troubleshoot pesky computer bugs to assisting customers with their digital dilemmas, you'll be the go-to guru for all things IT-related. 

This role is responsible for supporting all our 380 Stores, Store Support Centre and Distribution Centres to assist with trouble shooting our POS and BOS equipment.

This exciting opportunity to:

• Work with the Technology Service Lead to monitor all priority incidents
• Coordinate resources to assist with during and afterhours resolutions as required
• Look at consistent incidents and look at ways to improve
• Testing at store RF units
• Reporting of incidents for priority 1 tickets to appropriate teams
• Complete new store opening checklist
• Ensure all issues are logged in our central management system
• Daily health checks

About your experience:

• IT Degree
• Experience in store systems, such as Surefire, Portal, Easy Attendance, POS and BOS
• Service Desk Experience
• Clear and concise communications skills
• The ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Have a calm demeanour
• Highly motivated and driven
