We are currently seeking full-time IT Support / Help Desk Officers of all levels (1, 2 and 3) to join our dedicated team, based in Unley.
Your role will include (but not be limited to):
- IT Help-Desk Support to medical professionals
- Microsoft Windows; VMware Horizon; Server; Exchange; 365; Azure; 3CX; Etc.
- Medical Applications: Best Practice; Medical Director; Zedmed; Medicare; Etc.
- Maintenance on VMware Horizon vRDS pools; 365; Azure infrastructure.
- Occasional onsite callouts: Installations, maintenance, troubleshooting.
- Assist in projects: New deployments; communication systems upgrades; medical database conversions/merges; infrastructure upgrades; etc.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 1+ year experience).
- Experience providing support to external clients or similar role(s).
- Sound knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, VPNs, Routing, Office 365.
- Experience or exposure with firewalls, threat management and mitigation.
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Server 2008 – 2022.
- Sound knowledge of MS Exchange 2008 – 2019 / 365 / Azure.
- Knowledge or exposure to VMware ESXi, VMware vSphere, VMware NSX, VMware Horizon.
- The ability to succinctly communicate ideas, plans and options to management and end users in an easy-to-understand manner.
Previous experience in (or supporting) the Australian Healthcare Sector would be advantageous.
Must Have:
- A current valid driver's license.
- Reliable transport.
- Have (or be willing to undertake) a National Criminal History Check.
- Valid references for previous related roles.
