It Support Officer

Their Academic Resources Centre is a vital facility that offers high-quality digital and physical resource curation services, coupled with reliable information technology support.
As the IT Support officer you will be looking after Level 1/2 IT and desktop services and will be required to help setting up audio events, providing help desk support, data entry, customer support, running day to day admin and more.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide audio-visual event services.
• Administer resources and maintain a high-quality service.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
• Offer support desk services to students and staff.
