As an IT Support Officer, you will blend technical prowess with exceptional customer service to support our internal users and maintain our systems.
Key Responsibilities and Candidate Profile:
- You will tackle Level 1-2 technical support issues across various systems including Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory, showcasing your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Your ability to efficiently manage ticketing triage will ensure issues are resolved promptly, demonstrating your organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Through collaboration with other IT team functions such as Networks and Applications, you will participate in maintaining and enhancing IT infrastructure, proving your ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Your commitment to delivering high-quality customer service will ensure internal users have a positive experience, reflecting your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- We are looking for someone with a proven track record in IT support, especially with experience in SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory. Your customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective task management will make you a perfect fit for this role.
- A competitive salary package within the range of $75,000 to $85,000
