Program Background
The Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk Infrastruktur (KIAT) is a 10-year facility supported by the Australian Government and implemented by DT Global. KIAT’s overarching goal is to support ‘sustainable and inclusive economic growth through improved access to infrastructure for all people’. To support this goal, KIAT works with the Government of Indonesia (GoI), Government of Australia, the private sector, Multilateral Development Banks (MDB) and other development partners, as well as civil society to help achieve the following outcomes:
1. Improved GoI policy and regulatory framework for infrastructure development
2. High quality projects prepared and financed by GoI, the private sector and / or MDBs
3. High quality infrastructure delivery, management, and maintenance by GoI
4. Infrastructure policies, design and delivery are more inclusive for women and people with disabilities
The focus of KIAT is on the following areas: Water and Sanitation; Transport; Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI); and Infrastructure Funding and Financing. KIAT is also expanding its infrastructure activities in the areas of climate change, urbanisation, and private sector participation.

The Role
IT Support Officer will provide ICT support, development, maintenance and administrative service to users’ desktop workstations, network systems, and other IT duties as directed, ensure that all issues, responses, and timings are recorded in appropriate IT database records, establish, maintain, and manage a data backup system that includes timeframes, processes, and appropriate storage. The IT Support Officer will also provide ongoing support and maintenance of the MIS system, providing troubleshooting services to staff and DFAT on its use.

About You
Essential
- · Formal qualifications in Information and Communication Technology, computer science or other related courses
- · Professional experience in international organizations in the area of the information and communication management, IT infrastructure program development, implementation and coordination, including system and network management, systems development, systems management, internet/intranet systems, and IT training.
- · Comprehensive understanding of Office365, Microsoft Admin Centre, Azure Admin Centre, and other
- · Microsoft base user and device management
- · Basics SharePoint Online O365 experience; Power Apps experience, InfoPath and SharePoint Workflow Designer experience, SharePoint 2013 with custom development experience, Power Automate experience, PowerShell
- · Comprehensive network experience including Routing, NAT, VLAN, Firewall Access Rules, VPNs.
- · Basic Knowledge in CMS based website management and Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and
- · Cascading Style Sheets (CSS);
- · Experience in maintenance of website, IT system and networks including server management.
- · Software installation in a multi-platform environment (e.g., Windows, Mac)
- · Basic hardware and software troubleshooting, including server troubleshooting and escalation.
- · Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
- · Good communication and interpersonal skills
- · Excellent customer orientation level, positive attitude, and willing to collaborate with others.
Remuneration
Successful Indonesian nationals will be engaged under a local contract in IDR and will be subject to Indonesian employment regulations and tax obligations.
