The role
A couple of positions are available for immediate start to self-motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Professionals with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar IT support role. The role will involve providing onsite IT support services to our clients, including helpdesk support.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing IT support to enterprise users
- Monitor and manage the helpdesk ticketing queue
- Managing, monitoring and updating support tickets
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and rectification of technical faults
- Repair, upgrade and installation of various hardware and software
- Setup and support of Windows, Android and Apple mobile devices
- Creating and maintaining customer system documentation
- Participation in occasional 'out of hours' support tasks
About you
We are passionate about IT and providing our clients with the best possible IT experience, so we want you to share that passion. You must be self-motivated and well-presented, with a passion for the IT industry and a genuine interest in enhancing your skills and abilities. Having at least two years of experience supporting Windows-based environments is important to ensure you excel in this role.
Essentials:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing and supporting desktop infrastructure, including but not limited to LAN/WAN networks
- Good experience with desktop operating system (Windows &MacOS)
- Good experience with printers and imaging devices.
- Good experience with Office365 stack
- Good experience with Office Apps, including MS Outlook
- Experience with inTune
- Experience with cloud-managed security application
- Experience in backup solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with a customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline
- Well-developed time management skills
- Be self-motivated and able to solve technical and business-related problems.

- Industry Certifications (Microsoft)
- Driving License with Car
