That’s why for the role of IT Support Specialist, we are offering a base salary up to $83,000 pa (to be negotiated with the preferred candidate commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience), plus 11% superannuation. In addition to this, you will also have the potential to earn up to a 5% bonus!
How will you contribute to our mission of placing people at the heart of banking?
This permanent full-time role assists in the delivery of seamless network and IT system access to end users through infrastructure & asset maintenance, customer centric service desk support, information security monitoring and vulnerability mitigation, project delivery, and administration of systems access.
As our new IT Support Specialist, you will have previous experience in a corporate network environment providing level 1 and 2 support and a keen interest to develop skills in information security.
Your ability to adapt in customer focussed, modern IT environment means that you’re always ready to help where and when it’s needed, ensuring your customer’s needs are met.
As you’re the go-to person when our people need help, it’s important that you have a positive attitude and are available to be part of the on-call roster.
