We are specialised in providing comprehensive Networking and System engineering solutions to Enterprise corps, government organisations. We manage a customer base of 15000 users among schools, multiple factories and offices around Victoria. Our team is growing steadily and we are actively looking for more staff to support our expansion with Visa sponsor opportunity for successful candidates.

Skills and experience:

• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
• Pleasant and customer service skills
• 2+ years of experience in IT support role
• Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Windows Server 2016, 2019 & 2022- Managing core server roles: Hyper V, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Printers, WDS etc.
• Managing Office 365 and Google Workspace
• Manage Ipads using Jamf or Mosyle
• Punctual, responsive and reliable.
• Australian driver license
