The IT Support Officer will provide operational and technical support on site at our Market sites in real time as our selling floor and inventory control are operational from midnight through to ten am on weekdays and from 6am to 10 am on weekends. Technology services operating within the operation at the wholesale market and the Coldstream facility require technical monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting as the needs arise. Our expectation is that you will be resolving issues as they arise with respect to the processing of orders and reports on our selling platform, accessing credit reports and invoicing and engaging with our offsite service providers for the two selling, data recording systems. You will need to learn and manage the in-house software program designed for our wholesale market site and the interface with our Primary server.
Whilst you shall not be required to replace our existing external contractor in delivering a full range of support for our hardware and software requirements our expectation is that you shall be familiar with the breadth of programs and be available to identify and issues and provide interim solutions where possible.
