The Role:
- Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and manage robust and secure systems infrastructure.
- Participate in planning and executing IT projects, from initial analysis to deployment and ongoing support.
- Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions to maintain system uptime and efficiency.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and system security configurations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on system-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices to continuously improve the systems environment.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a strong understanding of server administration, operating systems (Windows & Linux preferred), and storage solutions.
- Experience with configuration management tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
