Your new role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a dynamic and established project team during the implementation and hypercare phases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing training requirements, creating informative materials and leading engaging training sessions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective upskilling of our client's workforce and the successful adoption of new technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
Strong understanding of training methodologies and e-learning platforms.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to create and update training materials and documentation.
Experience of monitoring and evaluating training outcomes.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
