- Review and understand training material for all allocated training module facilitation.
- Facilitate training sessions on site in Automated Distribution Centres - both classroom training sessions and training in operational situations.

Description
- Demonstrated experience in training facilitation and assessment, following adult learning best practice.
- Experience in system, process, and operational training facilitation.
- Ability to monitor and manage learner understanding in classroom and operational training environments.
- Ability to train across multiple topics / modules using detailed facilitation guides.
- Experience in assessing operational training e.g., order picking, pallet wrapping.
- Strong administration skills - to record training participation and assessment results.
- Proven time-keeping skills in facilitation to ensure all training is delivered in full within time limits.
- Experience working in a fast-paced changing environment, including ability to adapt training should training material be updated.
- Ability to deliver training material which incorporates company culture, safety and quality strategies.
- Experience in delivering digital learning simulations - including demonstrating system process steps and monitoring participant simulation practice.
- Experience in training for distribution centre of manufacturing environments highly regarded.
- Shift work will be required for this role.
Profile
- Minimum Cert IV Training and Evaluation qualification essential.
- Experience in face-to-face training facilitation and assessment essential.
- High risk forklift ticket for High Reach Forklift and Counterbalance Forklift highly desirable.
- Experience in training for large supply chain, manufacturing or retail operation environments an advantage.
- Broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes and systems highly valued.
- Effective communication, training, facilitation, interpersonal, and team working skills.
- Good organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint essential.
Availability to deliver training on shifts: 5am-1pm or 1.30pm-9.30pm.
