One of our client based in Adelaide is looking to hire candidates with experience in ITSM for Admin Data Analyst and Business Analyst (ITSM) for a contract role.

ITSM Admin & Data Analyst:
The ITSM Admin and Data Analyst is responsible for the administration of the Service Management tools and for data analysis and reporting within the Service Management team.
- Maintain the version of the ISTM tools at supported levels through migrations and upgrades, where applicable.
- Perform system compatibility with upgraded versions of the hosting environment to validate functionality.
- Manage the Administration function of the ITSM tools, including user ID management.
- Produce and/or enable regular management and customer reporting.
- Streamline and enhance the ITSM reports and dashboard used across the business.
- Assist other teams with their reporting requirements, as needed.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve the utilisation of the ITSM tools.
- Provide ITSM tools training to staff and customers, as needed.
- Monitor newly release versions of the ITSM tools and coordinate upgrades as required, ensuring testing and validation of functionality.
ITSM Technical Business Analyst
- Understanding of ITSM Frameworks: Knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks like ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is crucial. This includes understanding of service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continuous improvement.
- Configuration and Customisation: Skills in configuring and customising the ITSM tool to fit the organisation’s processes. This includes setting up service catalogues, incident management, problem management, change management, and other service management processes.
- Integration Skills: Ability to integrate the ITSM tool with other systems and monitoring tools through APIs or other integration platforms.
- Web Development*: Understanding of HTML, database management and query languages (like SQL) to manage and manipulate the data and user interfaces within the ITSM tool.
- Reporting and Analytics: Skills in generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into IT service performance and areas for improvement.
