About the role:
In this position you will be involved in enhancing the patient’s IVF journey through cycle scanning practices of the clinic while working closely with all clinical and broader staff to fulfil the Newlife IVF clinic vision.
What does the role involve:
- Providing genuine care and support to our patients through their IVF journey
- Providing detailed and accurate female reproductive scanning for patients in IVF treatment cycle and consistency in reporting
- Communicating clearly to patients and Newlife workgroups
- Adhering to standard operating procedures
- Work in a team and prioritise team goals
- Applying ethics, integrity and critical thinking
- Flexibility and knowledge to individualise patient care
About you:
Ideally you will bring
- Current Registration with ASAR (Australian Sonographer Association Registry)
- Scanning experience – IVF specific or General scanning; further training provided
- Sound ultrasound knowledge
- A passion in women's health
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise efficiently
- Proficient computer literacy skills
- Ongoing professional development with a high level of background medical knowledge
- Focus and attention to details
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
