The Department
Alfred Hospital's Radiology Department is one of Melbourne’s leading tertiary teaching and trauma hospitals. Alfred Radiology Department values education and professional development and utilises modern technologies across all modalities to imaging challenging patients.
The Role
We are seeking a Sonographer to provide the best possible Sonographic examination ensuring patient comfort, welfare, and safety in accordance with established practice, ethics and code of conduct. This position will be based at Sandringham Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in Obstetric, Gynae, Paediatric, General abdo, Small parts, MSK, Breast and Vascular
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Sonography or equivalent
- Registration with ASAR to practice as a Sonographer
- Evidence of CPD in line with registration requirements
- Good communication skills
- Team player
