- Liaise with a partner and its clients to ensure effective communication and build a firm relationship.
- Monitor the progress of marketing projects and share with the team on a daily basis.
- Make periodical reports to the managers
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget and costs
- Understand new/existing marketing plans, services, and products.
- Collect and sort the data for projects.
- General coordination tasks and ad-hock duties if required.
- A native Japanese speaker with business-level fluency in English both in speaking and writing is required.
- Work experience in a Japanese corporation.
- Marketing experience or degrees is highly regarded.
- Project coordination or assistant, or corporate sales experience can be considered.
- Professional business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability of multitasking and time management
- Computer literacy
- Full work rights in Australia for at least 2 years.
